‘I found out about Lynn’s new Body Wise Yoga classes from a friend and signed up, as it has been something that I’ve intended to return to since attending yoga classes over 10 years ago. I have found Lynn’s classes both relaxing and challenging and after a 10 week course I’m really looking forward to continuing and advancing my yoga with her. She explains the benefits of every pose and makes sure we are holding the postures correctly. Her classes are small and intimate and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. She has a very soothing voice which is lovely during the relaxation. Since returning to yoga I have found that as long as I practise regularly, I am totally free of the neck and shoulder tension which used to plague me every day. Mentally I am more focused and the more I practise, the more convinced I am that I will continue to make yoga part of my everyday life. Another bonus is that I seem to have grown, or at least regained the height I once enjoyed. As my saucepan rack, which my husband had hung at a height to suit my build and which I used to be able to reach, but just recently could no longer reach, is now back within my reach! Which is amazing, too! After a class with Lynn I feel so much calmer, I am sleeping better and I am noticing that my inner core strength is definitely improving. Although I practise at home on my own, there is no substitute for a regular yoga session with a teacher you trust, and I think I have found my Guru!’ Sharon
